Charles Pearce is an associate attorney with Hood & Barnett, PLLC. Charles relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 1992 from Magnolia, Arkansas. He is a graduate of the University Of Arkansas School Of Law, a member of state and local bar associations, and was a practicing Rule XV Student Attorney while in School.
Cases Charles has handled include a wider variety of criminal and civil issues such as felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile criminal defense, pardon applications, divorce and child custody, bankruptcies, contract disputes, property and easement questions, landlord-tenant actions, and wills and trusts.
