Charles W. Pearce

Charles Pearce is an associate attorney with Hood & Barnett, PLLC. Charles relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 1992 from Magnolia, Arkansas.  He is a graduate of the University Of Arkansas School Of Law, a member of state and local bar associations, and was a practicing Rule XV Student Attorney while in School.

Cases Charles has handled include a wider variety of criminal and civil issues such as felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile criminal defense, pardon applications, divorce and child custody, bankruptcies, contract disputes, property and easement questions, landlord-tenant actions, and wills and trusts.  He is certified as an attorney ad litem in child custody cases where he is appointed by the courts to represent the best interests of the children involved.  While his practice areas are varied, his dedication to his clients, their goals, and the law is very focused.
